About Tri Fitness

More than just another training center.

As a personal trainer in various different gyms since she was fresh out of college, founder, Vicki Ostendorf, quickly realized there was a need for something different. Each day, year after year, she would see the same people come into the gym and perform the same monotonous routine every day/week/month/year with little to show for their time and work.

​

Have you heard it before - the definition of insanity? Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. This is what she was witnessing in the gym everyday.

​

She noticed that those who could afford to hire a personal trainer like herself actually saw changes, because it was their job to get their clients results, hold them accountable and teach them how to do things differently.

​

As Vicki considered the concept of what "doing something different" meant, she was compelled to create a facility that provided everyone the equal opportunity to have a coach/personal trainer without the astronomical or wasted expenses of membership fees and hidden costs. 

​

Hence, Tri Fitness was born. At Tri Fitness, your investment goes towards exactly what you need and nothing that you don't. You always get the support of a coach and a variety of options to fit your budget, goals and training needs.

We believe that the professionalism, education and experience of our coaches (and your access to them) is the cornerstone of our training center and the launch pad for your results.

We're a family of athletes of all different ages, shapes, sizes, goals, skill levels, sports and disciplines, so when you walk through our doors, you're family, too. You have a built-in support system of peers you can always count on.

3. Periodized and Progressive Training

Every body is different and everybody's journey is different, so your training should reflect that. Our class sizes are small so our coaches can train you safely and effectively, and our programs are tailored to meet your unique skill level and goals. Additionally, we understand that multisport training happens in cycles, so you'll always get the proper training at the proper time of year.

We understand that training is just one component of a much bigger picture, so we encourage a holistic healthy lifestyle that includes nutrition, mindset, safety, realistic goals and balance.
