Join us for an immersive, one-day swimming clinic designed specifically for individuals new to swimming for sport and endurance. Led by the amazing and ultra experienced TriFitness Swim Coach, Jack Hennen, this clinic is tailored to help you build essential swimming skills and confidence, setting a strong foundation for your endurance journey.

During this intensive training program, you can expect to: 

  • Improve Technique - Learn effective drills and techniques to enhance your swimming form

  • Build Endurance - Develop strategies to increase your swimming stamina

  • Boost Confidence: Gain the skills and knowledge needed to feel more confident in the water

You will learn:

  • Breathing - Techniques to optimize your breath control and efficiency 

  • Body Position - How to maintain an effective and streamlined position in the water

  • Balance: Drills to help you achieve better buoyancy and balance

  • Buoyancy: Tips to improve your floating and gliding - reducing drag and increasing speed
