Tri Camp - A Madison, WI Experience Suitable for ALL Ability Levels!
Madison Experience Camp 2025 – July 11th – 13th

New in 2025! We are creating an all-inclusive camp! Regardless of your goals, come spend a weekend in Madison, WI training on the IM Madison 70.3/140.6 Courses!
​
The certified and professional coaching staff at TriFitness has designed a first-class training experience with the perfect mix of workouts and social time. TriFitness Summer/Endurance Camp will help move your training to the next level and accommodate athletes of all ability levels.

We will have workouts and distances appropriate for Sprint, Olympic, Half-iron, and Ironman athletes.
Most important, come spend time with “like-minded” athletes and build relationships well-beyond the race course!
- Workouts will include a mix of several open water swims and runs in downtown Madison.
- Group rides will depart from various locations and ride out west to the country roads in Verona, Mt Horeb, and Cross Plains.
- We will have 3-4 coaches on hand for support and athlete assistance, but the format and structure will be more “session” driven than “instruction” driven.
- While coaches will be on hand for all sessions, the swim portions of the camp will be the only heavily “instructed” portions. Occasional coaching tips and training discussions will be integrated into the workouts and cover a variety of topics of interest to all athletes.

During the evening, enjoy dinner with athletes as we provide educational discussions around race strategy, fueling, and preparing for your race day!
Schedule of Events

Day 1 | Friday
· 12:00-12:30pm | Participant check-in at Capital Springs Dog Park (We will meet in the larger of the 2 parking lots on this map closest to the entrance off of Lake Farm Road)
· 12:45- 1:00pm | Coach introduction and bike overview
· 1:00-3:30pm | Bike - option to run off the bike
· 5-6:30pm | Presentations and dinner
Day 2 | Saturday
· 6:00-7:00am | Breakfast at Hilton Monona Terrace
· 7:15am | Meet at Lake Monona Terrace for open water swim
· 7:30-8:30am | Swim
· 8:45am I Fully supported rides of varied distances
· Run off the bike on the lakefront trail
· 5:00-6:30pm I Presentations (dinner location TBD)
Day 3 | Sunday
· 6:00-7:00am | Breakfast at Hilton Monona Terrace
· 7:30am | Meet at Monona Terrace for open water swim
· 7:45-8:15am | Swim
· 8:15-10:00am | Run varied distances
· 10:30-11:00am | Camp wrap-up

High level training and coaching paired with taking in all that Madison, WI has to offer, will leave you fitter, faster, and fired up to tackle the rest of your 2025 season!
