Off-Season Tri Club

​

Each week, there will be a swim, bike, and run focused workout, as well as strength workouts to really up your off-season gains! 

 

We are offering lots of flexibility, where you get to choose the sessions that work best for you. . .from week to week!

  • MONDAY

    • 7 am and 9 am RIP

  • TUESDAY

    • Mobility/Stretching/Core time TBD

  • WEDNESDAY

    • 5:30 am, 7 am, 9 am RIP

    • 4:30 pm Power Up

  • THURSDAY

    • 6 am Swim at the Rookery in Lino Lakes

  • FRIDAY

    • 5:30 am, 7 am, 9 am RIP

  • SATURDAY

    • 7 am Power Up

    • 8:30 am Performance Cycle

 

**We are working on adding a run and additional Performance Cycle class to the schedule, so, stay tuned for that!

 

Monthly fees will be as follows: 

2 classes/week | $142/month ($15.78/class) -->   REGISTER HERE 

3 classes/week | $194/month ($14.97/class) -->   REGISTER HERE

4 classes/week | $231/month ($13.58/class) -->   REGISTER HERE

10 pack | $235.00 for 10 classes ($23.50/class) --> REGISTER HERE

 

Drop ins | $27.50

You may change your monthly class session to fit your schedule.  If you would like to take 2 classes/week in October, but, are having so much fun that you would like to up it to 4 classes/week in November, we can make that happen!

 

Dodgeball anyone????  In addition, we will offer frequent opportunities for fun social activities.  Dates and times as well as activity will be announced by October 1st.
