Power Up your fitness with this group workout class!

If you’re ready to build your strength and endurance, Power Up is the class for you. It may seem counterintuitive, but if you want to run, bike, or swim faster with less effort, and apply quick bursts of energy with greater ease while maintaining speed and efficiency, we highly suggest adding power training to your routine.
We will guide you through a variety of exercises using free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, to progressively build strength, tone your muscles, and develop functional power. This is a program that is designed upon a periodized schedule - starting with working smaller muscle groups, focusing on balance and stability. In addition, throughout the program, we'll be working on form for the main lifts. These lifts are fundamental for everyday life like squatting, lunging, bending over and standing back up, balance, core stability, etc.
Whether you're a beginner looking to jumpstart your fitness journey or an experienced athlete training for a big event, Power Up is tailored to accommodate everyone's needs and goals!
